Hacoconut Coconut Basket Boat A wonderful activity with very friendly and helpful staff — I absolutely loved it! We went for a round trip on the river and enjoyed the coconut basket boat experience, including the extra activity where the boat spins fast and splashes water. It was a fun, exciting, and memorable experience. Highly recommended! One important thing to know: • The price for the boat is 80,000 VND per person, not 160,000 VND or more like some agents charge. • The extra fast spin activity costs 100,000 VND. I highly recommend visiting with family and enjoying the sights, nature, and the unique basket boat adventure.
Chose this place based on Google comments. Probably one of the cheaper places to rent a coconut boat trip, just 80k VND (90k VND in case of a single person on the boat). Absolutely superb communication and customer service over WhatsApp. On site, everything according to the agreement. Boat trip was very nice and relaxing, no pressure on any additionally paid activities. Great value for the money.
Great time on the river, exceeded expectations. Our guide was the best, wish I remembered his name, but the pics speak for themselves. We booked this through our hotel Hoi An Riverside Villas. It was certainly about the people. Saw many people on the river, some having a blast, others idling, just enjoying the view. Music is the universal language, our captain started singing and we followed and then took it up a notch. The weather cooperated with an overcast on a hot day. Went crab fishing, karaoke on a platform and the traditional top spinning on the coconut boat. Awesome time. Upon return on dock we got cold coconut water free and I paid for beer. Will definitely recommend this tour.
We had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Communication was excellent — they kept in touch via WhatsApp with all the necessary details and even arranged a taxi for us to and from the activity for a reasonable price, which made everything seamless. The boat ride itself was a highlight. Our boat driver was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the river and local wildlife throughout the trip. We also stopped for some crab fishing, which was both unique and entertaining. One of the best parts was the high-speed spins on the water — absolutely thrilling and so much fun! Overall, this was a well-organized, exciting, and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to enjoy this type of activity.
We found this place on Google and were convinced to come due to their earnest and informative website. We booked directly through their WhatsApp and they gave us many tips on common scams and photos to help us get to Hacoconut. This ended up being super helpful as our driver dropped us off at another vendor and we had to walk a little further to get here. When we arrived, we double checked to make sure our name was in their bookings and they gave us one bottle of water each for the ride. We paid before we went on tour. The tour itself with our guide was absolutely lovely! They provided rice hats and umbrellas for the ride. We loved that our guide wasn't gimmicky at all like some of the other tour guides were. Her demeanor was calm which helped us have a peaceful ride. Of course, she offered to bring us to some services like professional picture taking and the spinning boats, but wasn't pushy when we declined. One of our favourite parts of the ride was when she brought us to "fish" for some little purple crabs which was free of charge! Overall, our experience was great and I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends!
